Shirley was my favorite vendor and the best experience I had throughout my entire wedding planning process. Although the day itself was far from perfect due to things out of our control, the way Shirley captured our special moments in such detail and emotion; you would think the day went exactly as planned. If I had to describe our experience in two (technically 3) words those words would be professional and personal. Professional- she arrived early to familiarize herself with the venue and when the preparations began, she was ready to capture it all and knew where she wanted us although it was her first time at this location. From the “get ready photos” to the grand exit, Shirley’s team got everything and it was a seamless process receiving our sneak peaks and wedding photos. Personal- from the moment we booked her, Shirley was always one text message away for any advice we needed regarding our wedding arrangements. If you are into details, Shirley is your photographer! She has even compiled a wedding guide to assist you and your fiancé with the many decisions you will encounter as you plan for your big day. Shirley’s guide has everything covered; from color choices, things to keep in mind with venues and lighting, shot lists templates, tips on how to stay present… the whole nine! Her wedding guide is so detailed and intentional, I was blown away. Every page displays her dedication to her couples and she generously shares this information all in hopes to make your day that much more special.

Shirley doesn’t just take your picture; during your booking process she listens to your vision and ideas and will go above and beyond to translate your words into moments all the while capturing it on film the day of. Her teams skills are quite impressive as well. They made a teaser for our wedding that looked like it was straight out of a movie nominated for a Golden Globe. Our wedding party and close friends loved it! She is definitely worth her weight in gold and you will not regret having her capture your special day. Shirley, thank you for going the extra mile and making our day special. You are phenomenal and your hard work is undeniably evident.
