I'm Shirley! We're about to share one of the biggest moments of your life together, so let's get comfy. My approach is lighthearted and fun. I work closely with each couple to strike the right balance between gentle guidance and capturing spontaneous, heartfelt moments. I have a knack for putting everyone at ease in front of the camera.

Nim and I are an easy-going, laid-back couple who genuinely love people and hearing their stories. This connection helps me capture genuine, candid, emotion-filled images. Beyond clients, I aim to build friendships. The more comfortable you are around me, the more naturally your personality will shine through in the images we create together.

Shirley’s guide has everything covered; from color choices, things to keep in mind with venues and lighting, shot lists templates, tips on how to stay present… the whole nine! Her wedding guide is so detailed and intentional, I was blown away. Every page displays her dedication to her couples and she generously shares this information all in hopes to make your day that much more special.

    Shirley doesn’t just take your picture; during your booking process she listens to your vision and ideas and will go above and beyond to translate your words into moments all the while capturing it on film the day of. Her teams skills are quite impressive as well. They made a teaser for our wedding that looked like it was straight out of a movie nominated for a Golden Globe. Wedding Collections

  • No more choosing between 6 or 8 hours. You get me and my team as long as you need.

  • We'll meet to discuss your wedding day in depth, get acquainted, go over my approach, and explore the different collections I offer. Together, we'll craft a personalized timeline that reflects your vision and ensures a seamless wedding day

  • I have no image limit. Each image will be professionally edited and delivered to you in a beautiful gallery. You will have full print release to do what you’d like with the photos!

  • I believe in crafting a personalized photography that goes beyond simply taking pictures; it's about capturing your unique story in the most exquisite and authentic way possible. I strive to create an enjoyable and stress-free experience by offering the just the right amount of guidance and support every step of the way

  • That's right! I charge no extra travel fees for almost every situation!

  • Within the next week, you'll have a collection of 20-30 edited photos ready to choose from immediately after your wedding day. It's something to tear up about, share with friends and family, and post on social media.

  • Rest assured, our redundant backup system securely stores your images in our private online gallery, ensuring they are accessible whenever you need them.

  • Finding vendors, you love, and trust can be quite a challenge, so consider me a guide to finding the right ones.

    Fill out our Contact form so i can check my availability and get a quick feel of your wedding day. I will respond within 24 hours.

  • 02. INITIAL CONSULTATION

    We would schedule a Zoom consultation where we can get acquainted, discuss your wedding day in depth, go over my approach and the different collections I offer. Bring all the questions!

  • 03. Book Me

    We are perfect fit and you're ready to proceed, I'll send you an electronic contract to sign and a deposit link. Once completed, your date will be officially reserved!

  • 04. Engagement session & Ongoing Support

    Once you book my services, I step in as your wedding planning guide. I'm here to assist with everything you need, whether it's timeline guidance, vendor referrals, or any other support. If engagement session is booked, we would begin planning your that right away. As your wedding day approaches, we'll schedule a final planning call a few weeks beforehand to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned.

  • 05. Say I DO!

    Finally, your big day is here! All you have to do is relax, be present and enjoy every single second of your perfect day. I'll be right there with you, providing the best energy, service and unforgettable experience for your wedding day.

  • 06. Receive your photos & enjoy

    I will send you previews within 2 days and the full gallery within 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Additionally, you'll have the option to purchase prints, wall art, and heirloom wedding albums directly from your gallery!

  • We reserve a select number of "just-feels-right" weddings to ensure personalized attention before, during, and after your special day. To secure your preferred date, we recommend checking availability as soon as possible. Prime dates can be reserved up to a year in advance, but feel free to reach out—your date may still be available!

  • We have a starting collection that all couples get and from there you can customize according to their individual preferences and needs.

  • Planning the wedding day timeline is a collaborative process. I typically start with a consultation to understand the timeline of your day and any special moments you want captured. I begin with a consultation to grasp your day's timeline and specific moments you wish to be documented. From there, I offer recommendations to ensure a seamless flow, balancing candid documentary shots and formal portraits as per your preferences.My approach aims to capture your day in its entirety, staying adaptable to the unique dynamics of your wedding day.

  • Yes, we are more than happy to customize payment plans for each of our clients.

  • For every wedding venue I haven't yet seen, I show up early to scout the best shooting locations on-site. That said, I truly have worked with so many different types of venues, I know fairly quickly where the best shooting locations are after a short scouting walk!

  • A huge part of the experience we give our clients is a quick turnaround time! Weddings are turned around in 4 -6 weeks to ensure each image is edited carefully and you'll receive sneak peeks within 2 days!

  • We are based in Charlotte, NC and yes, we are thrilled to travel anywhere to capture your love story
